What we assess
Seven facets. One honest report card.
Every certification is a 3-night on-site stay. We live in the property the way a guest would, measure what can be measured, feel what can only be felt, and score across seven facets.
Material usage
Every material on the property audited for toxicity, sourcing, longevity, and how it ages with the land.
Water quality
Drinking, bathing, irrigation and pools — mineral content, filtration, source integrity, and storage.
Radiation levels
Wireless and electrical — EMF mapping, wiring quality, router placement, dirty electricity, and sleep-sanctuary zones.
Access to clean food
On-site gardens, kitchen sourcing, supply chains, fermentation, and how easily a guest finds something genuinely nourishing at 10pm.
Livability score
Light, sound, thermal comfort, flow, privacy, gathering, and the small daily rituals the architecture invites or denies.
Overall creativity
Does the place make you more alive? Originality, soul, beauty, story — the hardest one to fake.
The grades
Green. Red. Yellow. Or not yet.
When the scores across all seven facets add up, you land on one of four grades. Every grade — even no apple — comes with a written prescription and a path forward.

How it works
$99. Three nights. One honest verdict.
Every certification costs $99 and includes a complimentary 3-night stay at your property so we can assess all seven facets the way a real guest would experience them.
Step 01 · Apply
Send us your property. We review fit before accepting — not every place is ready, and we'll tell you honestly.
Step 02 · Three-night assessment
We stay on-site for 3 nights, measuring across air, water, materials, EMFs, food, livability and creativity.
Step 03 · Grade + prescription
You receive your grade — Green, Red, Yellow or No Apple — with a complete written set of recommendations.
Step 04 · If no apple
You don't pay again. A 7-month waiting period follows, then a 1-week re-assessment stay — long enough to ensure nothing has been cosmetically covered up and to give the property the additional hands-on support it needs.
