Before you book.
- Are you licensed architects?
- We are strategic site planners, not the stamping architect. We produce the master plan and brief that your licensed architect and engineer build from — which usually saves far more than our fee in redesign.
- Can you work before we buy the land?
- That's the best time. We assess candidate parcels against what you want to build so you don't buy a site that can't hold your vision.
- Do you work outside Portugal?
- Our own land development is Central Portugal. Consulting engagements have run across Europe, the US, and beyond.
